In 2008 we came across a little hotdog business for sale in the industrial suburbs of eastern Christchurch and so began one helluva journey.

We take our role as custodians of this precious item of Kiwiana very seriously
No taking shortcuts by using cheaper or smaller sausages and piling on the batter. We tried and tested our recipes on hundreds of people to make sure we got the perfect tasting sausage and the best sausage to batter ratio. Our batters are made to our own recipes from scratch to make sure we give you a product that will keep your customers coming back for more.
In recent years we've added a corndog style batter range using a premium quality sausage under our Howler Hotdog brand. Our #1 selling product is now the Mini Muncher range in regular, gluten-free and vegan, but the real attention grabber in this range is the Hound Dog, be sure to check it out. What a hotdog!
